I like how you did the rain. And the hair even, despite what someone else would say. :b lol. I like it. I don't really see anything wrong with the hair, your style is sorta cartoonish/anime-ish/WHATEVER anyways and well..yeah I dunno where I'm trying to go with that exactly. XD But I think it looks fine for the style and I LIKE IT. D: lol, anyways, but yes. :3 And I too like the dreamy-ish look of the drawing. :0
